By commissioning me, you're agreeing to the following terms. Please read properly before proceeding with an order
General
Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
My artworks may be used for personal use such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing for yourself, as long as it's not commercially used without prior agreement.
AI & NFT use are strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in Al datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
I have the right to decline commissions outside of my capabilities or subjects I don't draw.
You receive 3 free revisions during the sketching stage. Additional revision cost more fee, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedbacks at the sketching stage. If I made a mistake, I'd correct it with no cost.
Please send all the needed references beforehand.
Payments & Fees
All payments are half or full upfront. when you paid half at first, I will only send the finished Hi-res drawing after the rest of the payment is done.
There will be an additional fee if you don't want me to post the work on any of my social media.
For commercial purposes, the price will increase
No Refund. I won't refund you if you cancel the commission halfway through or I can't contact you for a month. But, I will return your money if I'm unable to continue or finish your commission.
Deadline & Delivery
Commission may take up to a month depending on complexity, queue, personal situation and condition.
I will keep you updated if delays occur.
Illustration will be sent through email (PNG/JPEG)
Commisioner Rights
You may:
Use the artwork for personal purposes only unless a commercial right is purchased.
Print the art for yourself.
Post it on Social Media and please credit it to me "@shiraizeki"
You may NOT:
Use the artwork commercially without permission.
Claim the artwork as your own work. meaning you can't call yourself as the illustrator of the work I drew.
Trace, edit, render or remove the watermarks on the artwork.
Resell or redistribute the artwork.
Intellectual Property Rights
I, the artist, have the absolute right to my artwork.
I may use the artwork:
As part of my portfolio.
To post on social media
to create print/merchandise of fanart commissions only, excluding commercial artworks.
Exception:
If you paid an additional fee for me not to post it on any of my social media.
For commercial artwork, you may decide if I can post the work or not
