Terms of Service

As this is a skeb commission, I as the artist have complete creative freedom with no communication and revisions allowed

I have the right to decline commissions outside of my capabilities or subjects I don't draw.

Proceeding with a commission means you agree to my terms of service

No communications for this type of commission, but if you really need to contact me, communications will be done through either Vgen, Twitter or email.

Only done through VGEN or bank transfer for now.

Payment must be done after the commission is accepted.

I will only begin working after the payment is confirmed.

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Turnaround time will be within a month.

However turnaround time may extend depending on personal circumstances, I will keep you updated if delays occur.

I usually try to complete an artwork within a week, or more depending on workload.

I work during weekdays and my working time depends on weather condition, my place can get too hot sometimes.

Commissioned artworks are for personal use only.

Additional fee will be added for commercial use.

AI use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in Al datasets or engines.

I retain the rights to the artwork as the original artist, including the right to display it in my social media, portfolio and promotions unless an NDA is requested.

For commercial artwork, you may decide if I can post the work or not.
